When I arrived in Colorado I didn't have any experience buying a home. I went a Zillow to start looking at homes and the first house I wanted to view was being managed by Beth Edens. She was quick to respond and setup a meeting during the weekend since I was only going to be in town for a few days. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and gave me a tour of the town. When I found the home I wanted she was right there with me through every step. When we did the final walkthrough she was very persistent on making sure that the house was up to snuff.
